Restaurant Configurations

There are three standard restaurant designs that can be built in most markets.

The T23 restaurant has 2,300 to 2,400 square feet, seats 68 to 72, and parking for 26 to 36 cars.

The T24 restaurant has 2,000 to 2,200 square feet, seats 52 to 70, and parking for 26 to 36 cars.

The T16 restaurant is designed for smaller site locations. Seating 37 to 39, with parking for 16 to 24, it fits on a lot of 14,000 to 20,000 square feet, but presents the full image of Taco John’s.
