IKON CENTER CHANGES NAME TO TACO JOHN'S EVENT CENTER
(Cheyenne, WY – July 19, 2006) The Ikon Center, a 2,100-seat multipurpose ice and roller rink in Cheyenne, Wyoming, has a new name, according to the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center partners and the facility’s operators, Global-Spectrum. Effective July 20, the facility will be renamed Taco John’s Events Center.
“Taco John’s International is headquartered here in Cheyennne and is a very active and supportive community partner,” said Global Spectrum’s Kim Zirfas, General Manager of the Taco John’s Events Center. “Taco John’s will enable us to have wonderful synergistic opportunities for our customers and their patrons to enjoy events at our facility.
