PERSONAL INFORMATION

Taco John’s only gathers personal information, such as first and last names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses when voluntarily submitted by you. For example, you may submit personal information in order to participate in activities such as sweepstakes, user registration, surveys, in connection with comments or suggestions you submit to us, because you want us to furnish you with products, services, or information or other online and mobile activities.

Taco John’s may use your personal information for any of the following purposes: (1) to register visitors for online activities such as online ordering, sweepstakes, contests, surveys, employment applications, comment forms, or any other online or mobile interactive activities; (2) to respond to specific requests from visitors; (3) to protect the security or integrity of the site if necessary; (4) to send notices of special promotions, offers, or solicitations; (5) to promote and market Taco John’s restaurants and products; (6) to respond to job inquiries and job applications submitted by you; and (7) as otherwise disclosed at the time we collect your information.

Also, some Taco John’s franchise owners have their own local web sites. Franchise owners operate these sites independently of Taco John’s. “Cookies” are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes.
